The Tories have again broken their promise to protect the NHS and it is in crisis. Waiting lists are longer and hospitals are in financial crisis. Tory cuts have created an emergency in social care.

Labour will:

• Give the NHS an extra £37 billion over five years

• With £10 billion of capital funding, ensure NHS buildings and IT are fit and safe

• Reduce waiting lists by a million by guaranteeing access to treatment within 18 weeks

• Guarantee A&E patients will be seen within 4 hours

• Deliver the Cancer Strategy for England in full by 2020 helping 2.5 million people
